All Warranty submittals must be documented by photos-(taken a minimum of 3 feet from issue) and itemized list describing the concern.
Before submitting a request, check to make sure items you are concerned about are not identified as homeowner maintenance as those items are not covered in your warranty.
The Warranty Department is an outsource for Cashion Custom Homes and is separate from Cashion Custom Homes Office. Warranty is not available by phone only by email or certified mail for tracking purposes.
Warranty is charged with separating standard homeowner responsibilities from actual warranty items. Warranty will schedule a date and time frame and builder will handle actual warranty repairs.
